I learned my lesson.
After standard Engineer-build and Scout-annoyance technique, I went for an Espionage add-on; maybe mass Spies n' Snipers? I scouted out a bit, then found out Jstek was going Espionage too! (grrr)
With my army of Spies, I assaulted the base head-on!...
Right into the Scouts, Medics, Spies, and Snipers. I died. Miserably.
Switch my tactics, I made some more snipers, and built an expansion. At the wondrous expansion, I created a Pyrotechnic Facility and made some Pyros. Then I created another Hub and made a Support-Addon. Then, Jstek landed about 6 soldiers at my expansion. I fought them off with the forces there, and began planning my assault. I landed all my Pyros at his expansion (right above my expansion incidentally) and began destroying it. Then, Jstek's big scary mass of Sniper-Medic-Spy-Scout-things attacked! I reloaded my pyros and landed them next to the snipers. The snipers didn't attack for some reason, and I destroyed them "effortlessly".
I destroyed Jstek's main, then finished him off with my signature "Super-Engineer-Finish-KnockOut". (Killing last building with engineers... Quite stupid in retrospect, but... Ehh.)
Result: CJ = VITOLY!!
Moral: Cold hard revenge is the only way out.
